More from Jackson Triggs

After shooting all of the food, they asked me to shoot the wine. Hit the jump for some of the pairings.




The three red wines, Pinot Noir, Shiraz and Syrah...

 ... are paired with salmon, cheese and charcuterie.


The three sparklings, sauvignon blanc, brut and merlot...

...are paired with oysters, quiche and tataki.


I still have a bit more to shoot for them, but I am pretty happy with the results so far!
